Mr. Perroulaz is a Swiss entrepreneur focusing on decentralized financial business and life systems. He serves as Chairman for Essential Rich Group AG, a Swiss based Investment Company specializing in advising and investing in alternative life- and business systems, and for Angelmountain Global Wealth AG, the Swiss based alternative Investing Network.
With over thirty years’ experience in the international investment industry his previous positions include heading the representative office Switzerland for Hansberger Global Investors from 1998 until 2010 as well as holding different positions for international investment banks from 1988 until 1997.
Mr. O’Neill has worked since 1987 in the Asset Management Industry. He has held senior positions with HSBC (Bank of Bermuda) and State Street (Investors Bank) in their fund administration and global custody divisions and worked for a family office.
Raymond also ran the financial services group for Grant Thornton (RSM UK) and in 2005 founded and was CEO of Kinetic Partners, the boutique global professional services firm. Since 2014 Mr. O’Neill has acted as a non-executive director to investment funds, other regulated entities, fintech and insurance companies. During his career he has worked in London, Boston, Dublin and Bermuda. His area of expertise covers operations, compliance, finance and governance and Mr. O’Neill is a FCCA, a CFA and holds a Dip from the Institute of Directors.

Joining the technology sector in 1995 Leonard has a background in financial services, operations, corporate finance and information technology.
Leonard currently serves in a management or advisory capacity to firms in the alternative asset management, blockchain, power generation and private equity sectors. In 2015 Leonard began actively investing and participating in the blockchain sector. Specifically, crypto currency mining, equity & digital asset investing, token development and regulatory compliance. Leonard is a citizen of the United Kingdom and Canada and currently resides with his family in Vancouver, Canada.
Mr. Brohman has over 10 years of working experience in a variety of roles with public companies and has become experienced in corporate finance, project acquisition, executive management, corporate communications, corporate branding, shareholder relations and investor lead generation.
Mr. Brohman has also extensive experience in the audit of publicly traded companies on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange, CSE and OTC markets, and has worked with mining and exploration, oil and gas, real estate investment and merchant banking companies during his time in public practice. Mr. Brohman serves as Chief Financial Officer and/or director of various publicly traded companies, Mr. Brohman has obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and obtained his CPA, CA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation.

Jan Philipp Röschl is a german entrepreneurial law student with a business background and passion for disruptive tech start-ups. As the founder of Weavad Ltd. hes has the skills necessary to break down complex problems into effective solutions and the ability to focus on work from a clear sense of priority.
Kaspar Hofer has acted as an accountant and management consultant to small to large sized organizations since 2005.
His experience also includes the area of start-ups, entrepreneurial and decentralized business models. His strength to get a quick overview of complex issues and to reduce them to their essential elements leads to clear, simple solutions. Kaspar is part of the finance team in Switzerland and is on the board of directors of the Swiss subsidiary SPIRIT Blockchain AG. Kaspar resides in Switzerland.

Madeline Salzmann is an entrepreneurial driven communication and event professional with a background in banking and finance. She holds a degree in Swiss Commercial Banking.
As the co-founder of a communication agency she was involved in a wide variety of event projects over the last few years, including the World Economic Forum, Davos. Her background is round up by involving in leadership and personal growth themes, decentralized Life- Business- and Financial Systems, Investing and Digital Assets. Madeleine resides with her family in Switzerland.
Brian O’Neill has been a practicing securities lawyer for over 8 years. He is licensed to practice in British Columbia, Canada and Washington and Nevada, USA. Brian is also a cofounder of BAAM Blockchain Ltd., a cryptocurrency and blockchain solutions company. He has assisted Companies with initial public offerings and reverse takeovers on the TSX Venture Exchange, Canadian Securities Exchange and OTC Markets.
Brian has a unique skillset as he understands the technical aspects of blockchain and decentralized applications but also has the experience and connections necessary to bridge the gap between emerging fintech and more traditional equity models. Brian graduated from the University of Northern British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2006 and obtained his J.D. (Juris Doctor) Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2009.
Walter Karshat is an Innovator and a Serial Entrepreneur in Blockchain Technologies, Wireless Health, IoT and Embedded Communications. A seasoned Silicon Valley technologist (GE, Pixar, Motorola), he led successful projects in Telecom and Datacom industries.
Walter’s work in Cybersecurity developed into his present focus on Crypto currencies, that includes Altcoin minting, Smart Contracts in Solidity and algorithm optimization (Zcash Equihash).
